As the Europe HR Manager you will be playing a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives across European region. Acting as a strategic partner to regional and local leadership, you will ensure that HR frameworks, policies, and initiatives are aligned with the company’s mission, values, and long‑term business objectives.
This role focuses on strategic HR leadership, governance, and oversight, ensuring consistency of people practices across countries while fully respecting local labor regulations and market specifics.
Act as an advisor to leadership across European regions on people‑related topics, including organizational design, performance management, engagement, and workforce planning.
Provide guidance and direction on complex employee relations topics, performance matters, and organizational challenges.
Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks, ensuring alignment with regional guidelines and local market practices.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment regulations in Serbia and Spain through governance, policy definition, and oversight.




Develop partnerships with universities to create talent pipelines and internship programs. Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand in the European market.
Analyze HR data and KPIs (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement, performance trends) to assess impact and guide leadership decisions.
Prepare and present HR insights and reports to regional and general stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a regional or multi‑country HR role, preferably within a multinational environment.
Strong understanding of Spanish labor law and experience working with similar European jurisdictions.
Proficiency in HRIS and HR tools (e.g., Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence and resilience.
