The Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for a number of international companies within the portfolio, with the objective of coordinating and supporting the administrative and financial functions in close collaboration with the local finance leads.
Take responsibility for the monthly internal management reporting of the assigned business units, including analysis, interpretation, and documentation of monthly results.
Further define and implement KPI reporting (Power BI), including Price / Volume / Mix analyses.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process and interim forecasts.
Support the monthly consolidation process and follow up on differences between local GAAP and IFRS reporting.
Conceptually develop new analyses and dashboards.
Support and mentor more junior colleagues.
Participate in ad hoc projects and analyses,



such as investment analyses, ERP support, and strategic initiatives.
Master’s degree in a financial or economic discipline (e.g. Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Sciences).
~Broad technical expertise across multiple areas of financial management, such as controlling, management reporting, and financial process optimization.
~ Fluent in English and Spanish
~ Strong knowledge of MS Office applications and Power BI (or other BI tools).
