DWS addresses critical water challenges and serves its thousands of customers in diverse markets through three major technology verticals: Reporting to the General Marketing Leader for Ion Exchange Resin and Specialty Membranes, the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) Regional Marketing Manager (RMM) will translate global segment strategy into region-specific priorities and lead execution across EMEA.
This role is responsible for shaping regional growth strategy, defining where to play and how to win locally, building regional action plans, and partnering closely with Sales, Technology, MarCom, and Global Segment Marketing to accelerate growth in RO technologies.
As the regional champion for strategic marketing execution, the RMM will develop deep insight into regional market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, regulations, channels, installed base,



and value-chain decision makers. Translate global Ion Exchange Resin and Specialty Membranes segment strategy into region-specific priorities, applying global "where to play / how to win" choices and customer insights to regional execution across priority applications, customer types, regulations, competitors, and channels.
Develop regional go-to-market strategies for priority segments and maintain a clear view of what matters most in the region, why it matters, and how it should shape commercial execution.
Clarify whether regional growth gaps are demand-driven or execution-driven, and partner with Sales and Commercial teams to close gaps through focused action plans.
Partner with Commercial teams to identify new customers, develop account penetration plans for existing accounts, and drive share gain efforts using installed-base mapping, competitor displacement opportunities, and targete
