As a Tech Support Service Specialist at Parser,



you will be responsible for powering the IT support solutions that help the company and its clients.
Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
Identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement.
Developing and implementing IT policies and best practice guides for the organisation.
Designing training programs and workshops for the internal staff.
Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff.
Participating in major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, outages and implementations.
5+ years of IT system administration experience.
~Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems (MacOS, Linux and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance monitoring.
