Client Director Spain The opportunity The purpose of this role is to support the establishment and growth of a Client Solutions Practice across the Division. The role is responsible for developing a quality client pipeline, maintaining key client accounts, and facilitating sustainable profitable growth.
Monitor and enhance client satisfaction, using annual Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys to measure and improve service quality.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory frameworks, and corporate policies.




Drive the design and maintenance of marketing and communication frameworks.
Significant exposure to the insurance industry as a client manager either in insurance company or brokerage, with an ability to operate across all products.
Strong track record in managing strategic client relationships at senior Executive & leadership level, creating not only positive influence but clear value return to the business.
Significant contact network of client risk managers which provides the ability to influence & develop new opportunities.
