EHS Due Diligence & Compliance Manager
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in Spain on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will support the delivery and growth of Ramboll's EHS Due Diligence and Compliance services across Iberia and Europe. Working with corporate, industrial, infrastructure and private equity clients, you will help identify EHS risks and opportunities associated with transactions, operations, and regulatory requirements.
To succeed in this role, you will have a degree in a relevant discipline and several years of experience delivering EHS due diligence, compliance auditing, environmental permitting, management systems, or related consulting services.
You will work closely with Ramboll's multidisciplinary team of environmental, health, safety, social and sustainability experts to provide practical, business-focused solutions that help our clients manage risk and achieve compliance.
Managing and delivering EHS due diligence projects for mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, refinancing activities, and portfolio reviews.




Conducting environmental, health and safety compliance assessments and audits across a variety of industrial and commercial sectors.
Supporting clients in developing corrective action plans and compliance improvement programmes.
Preparing high-quality technical reports and presenting findings to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Assisting with business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management.

Collaborating with Ramboll's broader environmental, social, sustainability and transaction advisory teams to deliver integrated due diligence services.
Supporting junior consultants through knowledge sharing and project guidance.
Monitoring emerging EHS regulations and industry developments relevant to Ramboll's clients.
