As an Associate you will be part of the Global Export and Agency Finance team which leads the origination and structuring of Export and Agency transactions in close coordination with our offices around the globe.
Context and role definition The Global Export and Agency Finance team is the front office origination and execution platform for Export Credit & Agency (ECA covered and MLAs transactions) globally.
Support senior team members in the origination and execution of ECA-covered financing transactions, globally.
Drive internal coordination processes across relevant stakeholders (Risk, Legal, Compliance, E&S;, Syndication, Middle Office, Project Finance, etc.).
Prepare high-quality marketing, credit and internal materials, ensuring strong analytical content and professional presentation standards.
Coordinate the transaction execution process through internal approval stages (business committees, Risk approvals, legal sign-off, etc.).
Actively participate in the structuring and documentation phase, with particular focus on core finance documentation and ECA policies.
