- Support execution of strategic initiatives across the Hospitality organization
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across
- Support Onboarding, Migration, Enablement, and Commercial teams
- Help maintain visibility on priorities, timelines, and progress
- Track actions, risks, and dependencies across initiatives
- Support the operating rhythm of the organization, including:
- Weekly leadership meetings Initiative and project tracking
- OKR and performance follow-up Preparation of executive updates
- Help ensure alignment and communication across teams and stakeholders
- Identify potential bottlenecks and support problem-solving
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working
