ABOUT ZONAPHONE

We are a Madrid-based company specialising in the purchase, refurbishment and sale of premium iPhones and MacBooks. We give thousands of devices a second life every month through our physical store, our own web store and Spain's leading marketplaces — and we are now in full European expansion mode. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Device intake: verification, IMEI registration and condition grading

• Picking, packing and shipping of web and marketplace orders to a premium standard

• Shipping management: labelling, carrier coordination and incident follow-up

• Stock control and organisation in our ERP (Odoo)

• Support with inventory counts and daily closings





WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to keep pace during volume peaks

• Comfortable with digital tools (ERP, barcode scanners, courier apps)

• Previous warehouse, logistics or e-commerce experience is a plus, not a must

• Attitude first: we train people who want to grow
