Role Overview:
As a Financial Specialist, you will be a vital contributor to our continued success and advancement. Your expertise and passion will play a key role in shaping the future of our Finance Department and driving it to new heights.

What will you do?
Accounting
- Processing and posting supplier invoices through Ariba and SAP.
- Monitoring invoice approval workflows and following up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely validation.
- Supporting supplier account reconciliations and resolution of basic invoice discrepancies.
- Assisting in monthly closing activities (accruals, invoice cut-off checks, supporting documentation).
- Maintaining accounting records and ensuring proper filing of supporting documents.
- Supporting bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting with audit requests by gathering accounting documentation.




- Monitoring shared accounting mailboxes and responding to routine supplier queries.
- Ensuring compliance with internal accounting procedures and company policies.

Controlling
- Follow-up of the company corporate expenses:
- By subchannels (Admin, Marketing & Communication, Logistics) & cost type
- Vs. Last year and Budget
- Reporting of reports on some specific expenses
- Travel & missions
- Logistics
- Potential support on business controlling (Wholesale, Retail)
