Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:
The RGM has the responsibility of ensuring that Kellogg´s is able to capture the full value of our brands and the market growth opportunities by creating value through the 5 RGM pillars (Brand Pricing, Price/Pack Architecture (PPA), Promotion Optimization, Active Mix-Management, Retailer Story), being also in charge of analysing and developing tools in order to improve the performance of the business, to develop sales by channel & revenue growth strategy.

What do I need to demonstrate?

Your Recipe Of Success




- Experience in RGM, Business Development/Strategy, KAM or similar
- Strong analytical capability (P &L;, financial analysis, etc.) with the ability to translate insights into clear and actionable recommendations
- Fluent in English
- Ability to build compelling selling stories from complex business situations and data, communicating recommendations in a clear, assertive, and impactful manner
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Advanced Excel skills, with knowledge of Power BI and TPM tools, and a strong curiosity to explore and adopt new technologies and software solutions
- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
