Brand Creative - Part-Time

The Rising is a Mediterranean mineral skincare brand founded by Blanca Padilla, built around ViBlanc®, our patented fermented pomegranate bioactive. We create 100% mineral, zinc-based SPF and skincare made in the Mediterranean — clean, organic, and free from the usual suncare compromises.

Responsibilities include:
- Planning, writing, and designing our email newsletters
- Creating and scheduling content across Instagram, TikTok, and other social channels
- Supporting on-set during product and campaign shoots (styling, coordination, behind-the-scenes content)
- Helping plan and execute brand events and activations
- Sourcing and briefing freelance photographers, videographers, and other creative partners when needed




- Keeping visual and written brand guidelines consistent across all channels

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a creative, content, or social media role
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficient in Figma, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Comfortable on set - you know how to shoot and direct content, not just plan it
- Highly organized, able to juggle multiple deadlines
- Genuine interest in clean beauty and skincare
- Based in Madrid or the surrounding area, available for a hybrid schedule
