Mission
We are looking for an R&D; QA Specialist to coordinate training activities, oversee raw data archiving, and act as the QA point of contact for document management systems within the SIO Pre-Clinical groups. This is a integral-facing role within a collaborative international environment, requiring interaction with teams across Europe and the United States.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
Management of Training for SIO Pre-Clinical Groups
- Plan,



implement, and update the training plans for the assigned groups.
- Monitor and control the training requirements for each job position.
- Plan, organize, and oversee internal and external training activities.
- Assess and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of training actions.
- Prepare, review, and supervise the correct execution of internal training procedures.
- Prepare training reports and communicate incidents or deviations to the responsible personnel.

Coordination of Raw Data Archiving for SIO Pre-Clinical Groups
- Prepare, review, and update global procedures for raw data and sample archiving.
- Oversee compliance with internal policies on raw data archiving and retention.
- Coordinate the selection, use, and evaluation of vendors involved in raw data and sample archiving services.

QA Point of Contact for the Document Management System of SIO Pre-Clinical Groups
