We're looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager / IT Service Manager to lead and evolve a high performing support operation for a growing technology business. This is an opportunity to play a key role in service delivery, incident management, operational excellence, and the adoption of AI driven support capabilities.

What you'll be doing
- Leading day to day service operations within a dynamic, incident driven environment
- Acting as a senior escalation point for critical customer issues and major incidents
- Driving service performance, operational stability and customer satisfaction
- Partnering with technical, product and customer facing teams to deliver exceptional support outcomes
- Managing relationships with outsourced and offshore support providers to ensure consistent service quality
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes,



increase efficiency and enhance the customer support experience
- Championing the adoption of AI and automation tools to improve capacity, productivity and service effectiveness

What we're looking for
- Strong background in Service Operations, IT Service Management, Technical Support Leadership or a similar role
- Proven experience managing support delivery and handling high priority escalations
- Experience within a SaaS or technology led environment is highly desirable
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, reactive, incident driven environment
- Experience working with outsourced or offshore support teams would be advantageous
- Demonstrable experience implementing AI, automation or intelligent tooling within support operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with a passion for enhancing customer outcomes
