Join Forvis Mazars and support our Quality & Risk Management function across Switzerland from our Center of Excellence in Barcelona. As a Quality & Risk Officer, you will contribute to the firm's acceptance, independence, ethics, and risk management processes, while ensuring the smooth execution of operational activities, coordinating internal processes, and supporting teams in a dynamic international environment.

Key responsabilities
- Support the firm's client onboarding and continuance processes.
- Assist in managing ethics, independence, and compliance matters at firm level.
- Perform risk assessments, including KYC/AML reviews,



international sanctions screening, and cryptocurrency-related risk analyses.
- Participate in monitoring activities, quality assurance reviews, and internal control procedures.
- Contribute to strategic cross-functional projects at both the local and Group levels.
- Manage registrations and filings with the Swiss Commercial Register.
- Draft reports, analyses, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent higher education qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field, with a strong interest in compliance and risk management.
- Solid knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, international sanctions frameworks, and the cryptocurrency sector.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
