Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It

Membership is all about people. Finding the right ones, starting conversations and making sure they see the value of being part of the TSH community. As our Membership Growth Intern, you'll support the team in growing our Membership in Barcelona. You'll research local companies, communities and interesting profiles, help keep our CRM and pipeline up to date, and support outreach and Membership activations. You'll get involved in different parts of the Growth process and work closely with the Membership team to find new opportunities and bring more people into the community.

Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces.



Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going general.

What You'll Do
- Research companies, communities and interesting profiles across Barcelona
- Help build and update our Membership prospect list
- Keep our CRM and pipeline organised and up to date
- Track outreach, follow-ups, prospect status and next steps
- Support outreach to potential members and partners
- Help organise Membership events, activations and experiences
- Follow up with prospects and participants after activations
- Help the Membership team identify new opportunities to grow the community

What You'll Have
- You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU
- You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field
