Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the site leadership team to collaboratively set strategies; generate master plan activities, employee engagement activities, and loss elimination ideas; and ensure the target results are delivered.
- Develop the cultural vision that provides the foundation for the IWS journey at the site.
- Continuously expand and enhance IWS knowledge levels.
- Lead the site leadership team in integrating the appropriate actions to support the cultural vision and to support the delivery of the compelling business need (CBN). Be the change agent within a site leadership team that focuses on how results are delivered and sustained (i.e., IWS is the work).
- Build the capability of site leaders to implement IWS systems, tools, methodologies, capabilities, and standards.
