- Meet defined KPIs while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Operate with accuracy and compliance, upholding our company’s standards and procedures in all your interactions.
Requirements

Language Skills: C2 level of Italian and C1 level of English
- Customer-focused with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Good communicator, both verbally and in writing.
