As a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer Intern, you'll play a central role in delivering an efficient, organized, and engaging recruitment experience for candidates and hiring teams. You'll partner closely with the Talent team to coordinate interviews, manage recruitment logistics,



and support proactive sourcing of great talent across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do
- Support the coordination of interview, recruitment, offer, and onboarding processes, partnering closely with the Talent team and Hiring Managers
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage related logistics across multiple stakeholders
- Help ensure candidates receive timely, clear, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process
- Support with job creation, offer preparation, and onboarding coordination
- Support proactive sourcing efforts to identify and engage qualified candidates, particularly passive talent, using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing techniques
