Role Description
As a Founding Engineer at Rocoto AI, you will design, build, and deploy core product features that transform suppliers’ daily operations,



from message ingestion and order processing to delivery, inventory, and payments workflows. You will work closely with the founders to shape the technical architecture, choose tooling, and establish engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, observability, and security. Day to day, you will translate real customer problems into robust systems, integrate with third-party APIs and legacy ERPs, build and iterate on AI-powered agents, and improve performance and reliability across the platform. You will also collaborate on product discovery, contribute to the roadmap, participate in customer calls when needed, and mentor future engineers as the team grows. This is a full-time, remote role with significant ownership over both technical direction and product outcomes.
