As a Software Engineer for the Core Platform, you will work closely with the founders and a small engineering team to design, build, and scale the foundational technology that powers our AI voice agents. Your mission is to own the performance, reliability, and technical excellence of our core platform, ensuring seamless integration with the world's leading AI model providers. Optimize system performance, latency, and observability to ensure the core platform is stable and efficient under heavy load.
Deployment and Infrastructure: Improve our continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and contribute to maintaining our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS, with exposure to Azure and GCP).




Strong Python and backend engineering skills.
Experience building, deploying, and operating production software.
Familiarity with APIs, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and observability.
Practical experience using AI coding tools such as Codex, Cursor, or Claude Code.
Experience with voice AI, conversational agents, real-time audio, or telephony systems.
AWS and CI/CD experience.
Strong product judgment and attention to user experience.
