Integrations Business Analyst
position is outlined below:

Role Summary:
The position supports Pharma General Technical Operations, focusing on the "Enterprise Recipe Management" project, specifically the "Integrations & Reporting" squad, and system integration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business representatives to understand needs and act as a liaison to technical teams.
- Perform standard business analysis tasks (URS, User Stories, Functional Specifications, Acceptance Criteria, Business Cases, Project Charters).
- Assist with software testing and validation.
- Design and create new reports and facilitate data sharing.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are delivered according to plan.

Requirements (Must Haves):




- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related area.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT within the pharmaceutical (GxP compliant) environment as a Business Analyst.
- Understanding of SQL databases, relational data structures, and reporting solutions.
- Strong autonomy, proactive approach, and excellent communication skills in English.
- Availability for regular evening calls with the US team (15–19 CET).
