Role Description
The Instructional Coach is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role designs and refines training materials and curricula that help team members understand financial products, processes, and customer service standards. The Instructional Coach observes and evaluates training sessions, provides coaching and feedback to staff, and facilitates virtual workshops and one-on-one development conversations. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with leaders to identify learning needs, aligning training content with business goals, tracking progress and outcomes, and recommending improvements to enhance performance and consistency. The role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that learning programs are accessible, engaging, and relevant to the truck, trailer, and heavy equipment financing environment.

Qualifications
- Curriculum Development and Education skills to design clear, effective training programs and learning materials.




- Coaching and Staff Development skills to support individual and team growth through feedback, mentoring, and structured learning activities.
- Educational Leadership experience to align training initiatives with organizational goals and support a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ability to deliver remote training and coaching sessions using digital tools and virtual communication platforms.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible language.
- Experience in financial services, leasing, or equipment-related industries is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Organizational and analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs based on data and feedback.
