Due to a parental leave cover requirement, they are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their team in Melbourne's south-east. Your new role Reporting to the HR Manager and Payroll Manager, you will provide broad HR support across the employee life cycle while partnering with managers and employees across the business.
Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities
Coordinating training programmes and maintaining compliance records
Conducting visa checks and supporting employment compliance requirements
Maintaining employee records, HR systems and documentation




Supporting employee relations and performance management processes
Providing HR guidance and support to managers and employees
Assisting with HR administration, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
Previous experience in a generalist HR position
Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
Sound understanding of HR compliance and employment legislation
Broad generalist HR role with exposure across recruitment, employee relations, training and compliance
Supportive leadership team and close partnership with HR and payroll functions
Fixed-term parental leave contract
