As Group CFO, you will serve as the primary financial strategist and a key partner to the CEO, shaping Satispay’s international financial roadmap from our Milan headquarters.
Your mandate includes overseeing the Group’s financial strategy, capital allocation and consolidated finance activities, supporting the company’s growth and future capital markets objectives.
You will lead and scale a best‑in‑class Group Finance organization, spanning FP&A;, Financial Control, Group Reporting, Investor Relations, and Finance Business Partnering capabilities, while ensuring consistent financial governance and alignment across all entities, including our regulated financial activities in Luxembourg.
Corporate Finance & Capital Management: Lead all corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, investor relations, M&A; execution, financial due diligence, and valuation processes. Ensure consistency and integrity of financial data,



supporting both internal decision‑making and external reporting requirements.
FP&A; & Growth Performance: Lead Group FP&A;, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across all business units. Develop forward‑looking financial models to support strategic decision‑making, scenario planning, and resource allocation across the company.
Group Finance Organization: Ensure strong alignment between strategic planning, operational execution, and financial performance management across all entities.
Entity Governance: Oversee the Luxembourg banking subsidiary, ensuring effective financial governance and alignment with Group standards. Work closely with the Bank CFO and local leadership on regulatory reporting, treasury management, and financial control activities.
