About the Role
Idoven is looking for a Senior Project Manager - MedTech Ops to join our Operations team. You will serve as the connective tissue across our organisation — acting as a bridge between Clinical, Commercial, and Tech teams, aligning them around shared goals, resources, and timelines. This is a high‐impact, cross‐functional role for someone who thrives at the intersection of complexity and clarity.
Responsibilities
Lead strategic calls with customers and partners, pushing back when needed
Translate deals into cross‐departmental projects/tasks
Drive initiatives across integrations, data acquisitions, and commercial pipelines — including market expansion research, disease model development,
and hospital partnerships
Coordinate cross‐departmental projects end‐to‐end: scoping, delivery, workforce capacity, and resource allocation
Identify bottlenecks early, own documentation, status reporting, and risk logs
Exercise lateral influence, mediate competing priorities, and keep executive stakeholders aligned across Clinical, Commercial, and Tech
Report directly to the COO and support strategic planning
Requirements
5+ years of experience in project management in healthcare or regulated environments
Experience in client‐facing or customer success roles, including escalations
Experience with strategic planning and evaluating KPIs across departments
Proven track record managing cross‐functional programmes at scale
Strong lateral influence and stakeholder management with executive teams
Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish
Eligible to work in Spain
