About The Role
As a
Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative
, you'll provide high-quality customer service to customers across a variety of products and services. You'll help resolve customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
- Assist customers with account-related questions and general service inquiries.




- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
- Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
- Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
- Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
- Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native Dutch (at least C1 preferred).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
- A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
