3–5 years of experience as a backend or full‑stack developer, with strong command of Java Spring Boot and/or Node.js.
~ Proven ability to design and build REST APIs, work with MongoDB/SQL, and implement event‑driven architectures using RabbitMQ/Kafka.
~ Hands‑on experience in cloud environments (Azure/AWS), Angular/React, state management (RxJS, NgRx, Redux), and CI/CD fundamentals with Docker and Git.
~ Strong ownership mindset: proactive, reliable, and able to deliver high‑quality work under changing priorities.
