Join a fast-growing European AI SaaS startup transforming customer communication through AI-powered voice technology. As one of the first commercial hires for the Dutch market, you will play a key role in scaling a new region while working closely with the founding account executive, founders, and HQ team in Vienna.
This is a highly entrepreneurial and hands-on role where you will combine sales, customer onboarding, and go-to-market execution in a fast-scaling environment. You will not be starting from scratch: the company already has strong traction in the DACH market, an established product-market fit, centralized marketing support, and an active pipeline generation strategy.
As an early member of the Dutch team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on local growth, help shape the sales motion, and grow alongside the company as it expands internationally.
Your responsibilities and impact as an account executive will be:
Working closely with the Founding Account Executive to scale the Dutch market and drive new business growth




Becoming one of the early commercial hires in the Netherlands, helping establish the company’s local presence and sales playbook
Building strong relationships with local businesses and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process
Sharing customer feedback and market insights with HQ to support product and GTM improvements
Supporting onboarding and customer success to ensure strong product adoption and retention
Helping optimize and scale the Dutch sales motion as the market continues to grow
2–4 years of experience in SaaS sales, tech sales, or business development
~ Native-level Dutch and strong English communication skills
~ A strong commercial mindset with hunter mentality and closing focus
