PER seeks a senior M&A; professional to lead the group's deal activity from Paris. You will identify targets, screen opportunities, and manage relationships with investment banks, funds, and advisors to support strategic growth.
You will perform rigorous financial analyses, prepare investment memoranda for the Executive Committee, and drive transactions from LOI through SPA while tracking post‐close synergies and value creation. Fluency in English is required; French is advantageous.
