Serve as the primary point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, handling inbound inquiries related to shipments, freight bookings, delivery tracking, and cargo status via phone, email, and live chat
Assist Italian-speaking clients with the end-to-end management of their shipping orders, including booking confirmations,



amendments, and cancellations in line with company procedures
Liaise effectively with internal logistics, operations, and warehousing departments to ensure the seamless flow of information and the swift resolution of customer concerns
Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and shipping transactions within the company's CRM and freight management systems
