As a Senior Python Engineer, you'll become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. The project focuses on the end-to-end payment lifecycle, including inbound/outbound flows (Swift, SEPA) and complex third-party integrations, within a cloud-native, high‑availability environment. Implement and maintain asynchronous communication patterns to ensure data consistency and system speed
Observability & Monitoring: Take full ownership of service behavior by implementing tracking, monitoring, and managing production alerts/issues
Technical Learning: Rapidly assimilate and apply knowledge regarding specific payment schemes (Swift, SEPA, etc.)



Collaboration: Work effectively within a distributed international team, participating in Agile ceremonies and meeting delivery goals
Expert-level Python: Proven mastery of the language for backend development
Cloud Infrastructure: Professional experience working with AWS (Amazon Web Services)
Kafka: Practical experience in publishing, consuming, and processing data streams
Kubernetes (K8s): Experience deploying and operating services within orchestrated environments
Mandatory background in international payments, local payouts, or card processing (regulated environments)
Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret and implement technical schemas such as ISO 20022 or Swift documentation
Capacity to "download" complex technical information and apply it quickly
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a dynamic, international, and cloud-native technical ecosystem
