~ Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and working with relational databases
~ Comfort owning projects from concept through production, including making architectural trade-offs
~ Track record of raising the bar for the team - through mentorship, code quality, or process improvements
~ Experience with CI/CD pipelines,



infrastructure-as-code, or cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
~ Experience with observability tooling (logging, monitoring, alerting)
~ Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
~ Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or data-driven content customization
Own features end-to-end: scope the technical approach, build across frontend and backend, and ship to production
Design and maintain APIs, data models, and backend services that are reliable and performant
Build polished, accessible frontend experiences with attention to UI/UX details
Instrument analytics and use data to guide product and engineering decisions
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and reliability issues
