As the central solution provider for information and telecommunications systems, REWE digital plans, develops, and operates digital solutions for one of Europe's leading retail and tourism groups. Your Home of IT is our Building Management (BUM) product within the Corporate Functions (CF) domain and the Digital Office IT (DOIT) organization.The team is responsible for digital solutions supporting building operations and building security across offices, logistics facilities, and other REWE Group locations.
Support and operate enterprise-wide access control solutions used across REWE Group locations.
Act as a key contact for incidents, troubleshooting, and technical support related to building security systems.
Drive the rollout, migration, and implementation of new access control technologies.




Contribute to the modernization of access control infrastructure and credential technologies.
Evaluate new technologies, products, and vendor solutions within the building security domain.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, engineers, security experts, and external partners.
Support project planning, testing activities, rollouts, and acceptance processes.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the Building Security Center of Excellence and continuously expand your expertise in security technologies.
At least 3 years of professional experience in Access Control, Physical Security, Electronic Security Systems, or a related field.
Experience supporting and operating technical security systems.
Experience working with enterprise applications and/or security platforms.
Professional English language skills (required). German language skills are a strong plus.
Experience with Jira and Confluence is desirable.
