We are looking for an experienced Technical leader .
~ Application Ownership : Serve as the technical owner for Credit Risk applications, ensuring stability, security, resilience, and availability.
~ Production Support : Provide Level 3 support, resolve complex incidents, and collaborate with infrastructure and business teams to minimise disruption.
~ BAU Delivery & Enhancements : Design, develop, test, and implement enhancements, defect fixes, and regulatory changes while managing technical debt.
~ Technical Leadership : Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and promote best practices in design, testing, and security.
~ Stakeholder Management : Engage with business stakeholders, support incident resolution, collaborate with vendors, and contribute to audit and compliance activities.
~ Continuous Improvement : Identify optimisation opportunities, drive automation, enhance reliability, and support resilience and disaster recovery initiatives.




~+7 years of enterprise software development
~+5 years in Tech Lead duties
~ Experience with Angular , RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
~ Strong knowledge of Java, Maven, NodeJS , and relational databases.
~ Proven experience writing unit tests and applying modular, object‑oriented design principles.
~ Ability to learn quickly, remain calm under pressure, and manage stakeholders effectively.
~ Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
~ Familiarity with ITIL processes, enterprise monitoring tools, and vendor integrations.
~ Exposure to cloud technologies and modernisation initiatives.
~ Experience contributing to solution design or technical architecture.
