We are looking for a Team Lead Engineering Manager to lead our Enterprise Identity Management Reliability Team , supporting a mission-critical SailPoint IIQ platform and transforming how identity services operate at scale in a global, highly regulated environment. You will lead the shift from reactive support to a proactive, automation-driven SRE model, improving performance, scalability, and overall user experience. Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Drive improvements in platform reliability, stability, and performance in a complex, high-volume environment
Oversee Managed Service Provider (MSP) performance, ensuring accountability, SLA adherence, and service quality
Bring structure and clarity to operations through better monitoring, incident management, and continuous optimization
Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related Engineering field




~5+ years of experience leading or managing engineering or technical teams
~ Strong experience in Identity & Access Management (SailPoint IIQ is a strong plus)
~ Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) and Access Governance in regulated and large-scale environments
~ Solid understanding of running production systems (monitoring, alerting, incident response, performance tuning)
~ Experience with tools like Splunk, Datadog, Grafana, or similar observability platforms
~ Experience managing SailPoint IIQ upgrades, patches, and regression testing
~ Ability to navigate complexity, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes in a integral environment
