Regional Access Manager - Biosimilars - Madrid
As ADVANZ PHARMA continues to strengthen its position as the partner of choice for specialty, hospital, and rare disease medicines, we have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Market Access Manager.
This is a field-based role responsible for driving regional market access across Spain, with a strong focus on hospital stakeholders, hospital pharmacists, pricing strategy, and tender management. Develop and execute regional market access strategies across your territory
Work cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and Market Access teams
Additional qualifications in Health Economics, Public Health, or MBA (desirable)
Experience in Market Access or Hospital Key Account Management within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with biosimilars, generics, or established brands (preferred)
Exposure to pricing, reimbursement,



and market access strategy
Proven ability to analyse commercial opportunities and support access decisions
Ability to work collaboratively across all business functions with openness and respect
