Role Overview The Product Owner (m/f/d) is responsible for maximizing the value delivered by Agile teams by defining, prioritizing, and managing the product backlog in alignment with Allianz Group’s business and transformation objectives. Operating in a Scaled Agile environment, the role acts as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, transparency of priorities, and compliance with Allianz governance standards. The Product Owner (m/f/d) works closely with Scrum Masters, Architects, Developers, and business stakeholders and reports functionally to the Tribe or Program Lead within Operations Engineering & Transformation.
Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams.




Participate actively in PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
University degree (bachelor's or equivalent experience) – field of study adaptable (e.g., 8–12 years of experience in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Agile delivery roles with proven hands‑on experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
~ Practical experience using JIRA and Confluence for backlog and delivery management.
~ Good level of English (required), with other languages (e.g., Spanish or additional European languages) being a plus.
