The Role We are looking for a Senior Automation Engineer with solid, hands‑on experience in Beckhoff automation technology to design, develop, and maintain the control systems of our battery and vehicle production lines. You will own the automation architecture of production equipment end to end – from PLC software and motion control to safety, HMI, and data connectivity – and act as the technical reference for Beckhoff‑based systems across the plant.
Design, program, and commission control systems based on Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 (Structured Text / IEC 61131-3), including software architecture, libraries, and coding standards.




Configure and troubleshoot EtherCAT networks, Beckhoff IPCs (CX / C60xx series), and EtherCAT I/O terminals.
Develop and tune motion control applications (TwinCAT NC/PTP, drives, servo axes) for assembly, handling, and dispensing stations.
Integrate stations with plant IT systems: MES connectivity, traceability, data acquisition via ADS / OPC UA / MQTT.
Lead automation scope in new line installations: URS/FDS definition, supplier follow‑up, FAT/SAT, commissioning, and ramp‑up.
Debug and resolve complex automation issues in production; support root cause analysis with Process Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.
PLC programs, HMI projects, drive/servo parameters, vision system configurations, and IPC images – including versioning, scheduled backups, and recovery procedures.
Standardize and document automation solutions (software templates, electrical interfaces, naming conventions).
