We are seeking an Audit Manager to support the integration of the newly acquired Travel Guard business and to lead audit activities across the expanded Zurich Cover-More organization.
Assess and execute audit activities related to the general integration.
Implement interim and target-state audit frameworks.
Lead risk assessment and audit planning, including scoping and identification of key risks.
Apply Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI to audit work.
Develop high‑quality audit reports with business impact analysis and root‑cause findings.
Co‑create a leading audit function utilizing innovative audit approaches, Agile methods, and new‑world skills.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or professional qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA, MBA or equivalent).
~6+ years of relevant experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management or Compliance within the insurance industry, or 8+ years of experience in insurance business positions.




~ Strong knowledge of Internal Audit Standards, methodology, and internal control frameworks; excellent report‑writing skills.
~ Knowledge of emerging technologies (Data, IT, AI).
~ Excellent project management skills, ability to organize teams, prioritize tasks, and coach team members.
