We have an opportunity for an Account Executive to join the team in EMEA working with one of our general FMCG company clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for working closely with both client stakeholders and internal contacts to maintain, update and improve our client-facing online platform.
As the Account Executive you will be the key point of contact for our client platform, managing the end-to-end experience, ensuring data accuracy and driving continuous improvement. You will coordinate the product upload process and keep other online assets up-to-date in line with the client brief and the client expectations.
Upload of new products and content to the client platform.
Ensure content, tools and features of the client platform are accurate and aligned with client expectations.
Work directly with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support when needed.
Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification,



on time and in line with agreed perimeters.
Monitor platform performance and proactively identify areas for optimization.
Report regularly to the Senior Account Manager on platform performance and project milestones.
Experience working within a client services environment directly engaging with clients.
Familiarity with digital tools and content management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
