We are looking for a Product Owner to lead Data & AI products and drive agile delivery within a SAFe environment. The role involves managing product backlogs, defining and prioritizing requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of data, analytics, and AI initiatives aligned with business goals. You will work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable user stories and measurable outcomes. Experience with Agile methodologies, SAFe, and Data & AI products is highly desirable.

You will be leading one of our Product teams within one or more domains across our Data & AI area, driving agile transformation and bringing innovative data and artificial intelligence initiatives to life. You will do this by role modelling and embedding agile ways of working,



fostering collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and applying SAFe as the overarching framework to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.
Own and manage the product backlog for one or more Data & AI products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
Prepare and actively contribute to Programme Increment (PI) Planning events, helping shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery priorities across Data & AI initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize product features and capabilities.
Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements that enable the successful delivery of Data & AI solutions.
