ADP is hiring a Senior AI Ops Engineer.
Join ADP's Spark team and help build and scale the AI infrastructure that powers our next generation of products. In this role, you will work across engineering, product, data science, and platform teams to develop reliable, secure, and cost-effective AI platforms, tools, and deployment pipelines.
Design, build, and maintain AI infrastructure and platform services in AWS.
Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and monitoring for AI and ML systems.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, -Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or a related area.
Strong knowledge of AWS services, including EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, ECS/EKS, SageMaker, Bedrock, and CloudWatch.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and platform operations.
Familiarity with MLOps/AIOps practices, model deployment,



observability, and LLM evaluation frameworks.
Strong communication skills in English.
Experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
