The Lab and Compliance assessment Senior Manager leads the laboratory responsible for Verification, Validation, and certification activities for the company’s switches and sockets product portfolio.
The Lab Manager drives operational excellence, ensures technical competency, and supports product development teams by delivering high‑quality and on‑time test results.
The role ensures that all laboratory operations comply with internal quality standards, international regulations, and the requirements of certification bodies (VDE, AENOR, Fimko, Demko, Semko,



etc…).
Lead and develop the V&V; lab team, including Product test Engineers & lab technicians (~20 FTE)
Plan, prioritize and supervise all testing campaigns: design validation, design verification, type tests, routine tests, surveillance tests, and certification tests.
Ensure full autonomy and compliance with VDE & AENOR Level 3 accreditation requirements.
Ensure all tests are executed according to relevant international standards (IEC/EN standards for switches & sockets), internal specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Guarantee laboratory compliance with accreditation quality systems (ISO/IEC 17025).
Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance for all equipment and operations.
