As our Digital Enablement Manager, located in Sant Cugat, Spain, you will proactively identify and drive digital opportunities that support our needs and positively impact process efficiency. Acting as a true ambassador for procurement digitization, you will provide strategic thought leadership in a dynamic global environment to ensure digital tools are seamlessly aligned with our overall business objectives.
Reporting Line:



Reports directly to the Digital & Process Management Lead and is part of the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE).
You will manage cross-functional relationships across the DOP Leadership Team (DPLT), CoE LT, DOP Category, DOP Delivery, IT, external providers, and internal stakeholders (e.g., Role Type: An Individual Contributor role focused on digital enablement, stakeholder advisory, and transformation governance.
Impact: You drive integral operational efficiency, process compliance, and large-scale digital adoption. Digital Strategy & Roadmap: Developing and governing the digital enablement strategy, setting clear objectives, timelines, and Performance Indicators to monitor the impact of digital tools on procurement outcomes.
Technology Assessment: Researching and evaluating emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, RPA) to enhance procurement processes. Conducting pilot programs to test feasibility and aligning initiatives across functi
