Product Manager Trauma & Power Tools
Within the Marketing Organization, the Product Manager is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of the Trauma, CMF, and PowerTools portfolio in the local market, ensuring alignment with global and regional (EMEA) guidelines while adapting to customer and market needs. This role acts as a key bridge between Integral/Regional teams, sales force, and customers, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and ensuring strong field execution. The Product Manager is also the main internal and external reference for technical and clinical aspects of the portfolio. Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute local marketing and business plans aligned with Global and Regional (EMEA) strategy.




Identify market opportunities through systematic analysis of trends, unmet customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
Drive business growth through portfolio development, new product opportunities, and market expansion initiatives.
Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking (sales, profitability, KPIs).
Ensure launch excellence by driving readiness, go-to‑market execution, and post-launch performance tracking.
