As part of the Architecture, Intelligence & Technology (AI&T;) team, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering the Finance transformation roadmap through the configuration and leadership of a newly established squad focused on Oracle Financials initiatives.
The Oracle ERP Financials Delivery Lead & Scrum Master is responsible for leading agile delivery across Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud Financials projects, ensuring effective collaboration between business and IT stakeholders, strong delivery governance, and successful end-to-end execution. Leveraging prior experience in Oracle EBS/Fusion Cloud Financials, the role supports informed decision‑making, close partnership with functional SMEs, and the delivery of scalable, business‑aligned finance solutions.
Facilitate Agile delivery (Sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Lead projects (implementations / upgrades / rollouts) in Agile/hybrid models
Gather requirements (As‑Is / To‑Be, BRD/FRD) and add them to Devops, including the relevant aspects for each User Story
Ensure alignment with Oracle Fusion Cloud target architecture
Perform fit‑gap analysis
Manage SIT/UAT, testing, defect resolution
4–5 years of experience in ERP environments
~ Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or ERP Project Lead within transformation programs
~ Demonstrated capability in managing end‑to‑end ERP delivery using Agile or hybrid methodologies
~ Experience working across global, cross‑functional teams, partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders
~ Fluent in English, with the ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments
