We are looking for a builder — someone who will reconnect and grow our schools network, shape the product that serves schools and students, and help make Hosco indispensable to hospitality education worldwide. You will operate across a multi-language partner base and be expected to work effectively in English, French, and Spanish. Reconnect and grow the network

prioritising the institutions that matter most to the industry
Be the voice of schools and students inside the company: translate what you see in the field into clear, actionable input for the education product roadmap
Understand deeply what schools and students need from a platform – and push ours to be better
Contribute to product and engineering teams to ship the features that keep schools engaged and students active
Manage a live portfolio of school partners across Europe and internationally, from early‑stage accounts to mature, long‑term relationships
Own commercial renewals end‑to‑end, with full accountability for retention rate and revenue outcome
