Our Barcelona-based Digital Advertising division is scaling rapidly, and we are searching for an exceptional Onboarding Client Partner to drive growth for top-tier Dutch enterprises and ambitious scale-ups. In this role, you will act as the principal strategy consultant for the Netherlands—crafting foundational digital ad blueprints and transforming complex advertising tools into distinct, measurable revenue expansion for our partners.
As the orchestrator of the client's initial onboarding journey, you will bridge the gap between technical advertising mechanics and concrete commercial success.
Strategic Advisory & Portfolio Scaling You will define the foundational client experience by delivering tangible commercial results through the following core tasks:
Campaign Rollout & Integration: Lead the technical configuration and targeted launch of high-performing Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns for a broad portfolio of Dutch accounts.
Platform Specialization: Function as an internal authority on primary ad networks, adapting technical tools to meet distinct corporate targets.




Consultative Sales: Analyze client goals to recommend tailored marketing strategies that maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
Identify untapped growth opportunities within your client roster and optimize budget allocation to yield higher financial returns.
Database Management: Log accurate records within our CRM platform to support seamless cross-departmental alignment.
Proactive & Data-Driven We are seeking a results-oriented professional who combines sharp analytical capabilities with executive-level communication skills to foster long-term trust with Dutch corporate partners.
Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and fluent English (C2-level proficiency or equivalent) are required for high-level business dialogue and internal collaboration.
