Support strategic business projects by providing valuable insights and analysis, contributing to understanding business objectives and contexts.
Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and motivating mid-sized teams to achieve goals and foster a productive environment. Demonstrates the ability to support and execute innovative ideas effectively. Coordinates cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project success.




Actively pursues continuous development in emerging areas to offer cutting‑edge solutions, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of general business dynamics for strategic planning and competitive positioning.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree highly valuable.
~7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
~ Extensive experience in operational models and change management projects, with a strong ability to assess, implement, and optimize strategies for organizational transformation.
~ Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage projects effectively, and work independently.
